Ask Leo retrieval inspector

Build the Jekyll site, then run node tests/ask-leo/evaluate-retrieval.mjs for the version-controlled recall@4 suite. On /chat/, append ?ask-leo-debug=1 and submit a question to inspect its retrieved records and scores.
